Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery and to anything that happens to your package.
  • We are not responsible for any delays on any packages once they are shipped.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are shipped.
  • Customers can purchase shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.
  • If a package is lost or damaged, the customer must contact the carrier to file a claim. (if insurance fee wasn't purchased)
  • we can provide you with the documentation needed for the carrier claim.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.

Delivery Issues

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer did not receive the package, they must contact the carrier directly.
  • My business cannot replace or refund items marked as delivered.

No Refunds on Custom or Personalized Items

  • Custom baskets, bouquets, and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

General Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or any other factors outside of our control.

Automatic Insurance Fee for Large Orders (MAIN INSURANCE FEE)

  • Any order totaling $200 or more will automatically be charged a $5 shipping insurance fee.
  • This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
  • The insurance protects the customer in the event of lost or damaged packages.
