Processing Time
- Our processing time is 6-8 days.
- Custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping
- We only offer shipping within the U.S, UAE, Australia ands canada.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery and to anything that happens to your package.
- We are not responsible for any delays on any packages once they are shipped.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are shipped.
- Customers can purchase shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.
- If a package is lost or damaged, the customer must contact the carrier to file a claim. (if insurance fee wasn't purchased)
- we can provide you with the documentation needed for the carrier claim.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.
Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer did not receive the package, they must contact the carrier directly.
My business cannot replace or refund items marked as delivered.
No Refunds on Custom or Personalized Items
Custom baskets, bouquets, and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Automatic Insurance Fee for Large Orders (MAIN INSURANCE FEE)
- Any order totaling $200 or more will automatically be charged a $5 shipping insurance fee.
- This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
- The insurance protects the customer in the event of lost or damaged packages.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
